RSS Info
UDR is proud to announce RSS feeds for all UDR communities and floorplans. What is RSS you may ask? Well, RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. What that means is that once a community or floorplan is updated on UDR.com, it will automatically appear on your RSS viewer. So instead of searching through the site for the latest updates to a community or floorplan you are interested in, it will appear in seconds on your viewer.

How do I use UDR's RSS Feeds?
First you'll need an RSS reader, which can alert you to UDR's community content as it is updated.
- Awasu, FeedDemon (Windows)
- NewsFire, NetNewsWire (Mac OS X)
- My Yahoo!, NewsGator, Bloglines, Google (web-based)
- A larger list of RSS-compatible readers is available at dmoz.org.
Once you have an RSS reader installed, copy the shortcut link from one of the XML buttons at left and paste it into your chosen reader application.
Add UDR.com RSS to My Yahoo!
After copying one of the shortcut links from the XML buttons at left, click "Add Content" on your My Yahoo! page. A link will appear on the following page labeled "Add RSS by URL." Click that link and paste the RSS shortcut into the resulting text box and click "Add."
To move your chosen RSS feed upwards to a higher position on your My Yahoo! page, click the "Change Layout" link at the top and select your RSS feed from the "Wide Column" list. Then click the up arrow button next to the list one or more times to move your chosen RSS feed upward. Further information is available at Yahoo! on their RSS Headlines Module page.
Add UDR.com RSS to Google
- After copying one of the RSS shortcut links from the XML buttons at left, click "Add content" or "Personalize your Google homepage" on your Google homepage.
- Click "Create a Section" in the list that appears and a text box will be displayed for you to "enter a feed."
- Paste your RSS shortcut into the text box and click "Go."
You can drag and drop to rearrange your Google page. Further information is available at Google in their Homepage help section.
UDR.com RSS in Mozilla Firefox
"Live Bookmarks" let users of the Mozilla Firefox web browser load RSS feeds into their bookmarks menu.
Pages that are enabled for Live Bookmarks place this icon on the bottom right corner of the Firefox browser. Clicking on the icon and selecting an RSS feed will bring up Firefox's Add Bookmark dialog. Select 'OK' and you will see UDR Live Bookmarks with the rest of your bookmarks.
